Compensation: $130,000 base + $27,000 bonus + 25,000 stock options

 Reporting to the CEO/President, Grant will be responsible for margin analysis, revenue assurance, product management, product pricing and marketing. He's pleased with his new situation, and with his experience as a ITS client:
